Rubber Plasticine - is the novel modeling clay that becomes flexible and bendable after the baking, yet comprises high durability. What does that mean? The toys and models made of Rubber Plasticine are literally unbreakable. Neither from a fall down or from a hard impact. This innovation is made by Oleg Klyuchnikov and later developed by Oleplastica into its current form. We spent several years to make it achieve the crafts and toys market and keep improving it.

- That's the story beyond! Now, let's see what it is.

Operating principle

MAKE A FIGURE

Roll it out, stretch it and use scissors to cut into pieces. Tactilely it recalls the dense bubble gum. As for the properties - it is a polymer clay and silly putty hybrid.
SET IT PROPERLY

Check if there are no sagging or non-fastened parts. Yet the material has a little settle upon the heat. We also recommend the two-stage process: one for the body and second for the details.
HEAT TO 100 °C
heat the figure in oven for 30 minutes at 100 celsius degrees
The temperature control is important. For 80°C or 180°F the curing will take 2 hours. For 100°C or 220°F - 30 minutes. At 130°C or 270°F and more the sponge-like structure will develop.
BECOMES ELASTIC

Your elastic figure is ready? To be sure: just press it down. Now please carefully take the hot figure and rinse it with cold water to cool it and to remove the slacky rubber scent.

The Rubber Plasticine could be used for:

- plumbing and sealing of the water systems;
- chewing and consuming as food etc./div>
HOW TO CURE THE MATERIAL
80 - 110 °С
120 - 25 min
The material could sag upon baking. We suppose to use the any type of fixation or support stands, or metal wires. Please check the instructions and videos.
2,0 - 2,5 pts.
from 4 to 2 minutes
The material flattens out and permeates into textile structure upon the iron pressure and heat. Do use the silicon paper as the stratum between the material and iron (comes in the pack). Please do not overheat the material, restrict the cycles to 30 sec.
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
The product is forbidden for the kids under 3 y/o.
The material is safe for the proposed uses. It is prohibited to eat, chew, attach to the hair/fur of the pets, keep it on the textile furniture, carpets и clothes. Please wash the hands prior and after the process.
Rubber plasticine could not be baked in the microwave oven.
The heating is supposed to be processed by an adult, in the condition of the proper ventilation, in the range of the supposed temperatures. The material overheat leads to thermal decomposition, a loss in the final properties etc. The material is hot during and after the baking.
USEFUL TECHNIQUES
- please check if the work surface is clean. Please wash you hands prior to the process and consider to use water for the partial wetting of the hands during the process;
- to soften the material as well as to blend the colors it should be warmed up with stretching. The optimal plasticity comes at 30°С (86°F). For the acceleration of the process (large amount etc.) heat the material up to 40 °С for 2-3 minutes in the oven.

- for the smooth shape - please roll the small piece on the surface with a little push on it;
- to flatten the detail - please clamp it between two pieces of the silicon paper and apply the pressure for the case of a big piece;
- the material could be easily sliced with scissors. For several cases it is the easiest way of processing;
- Rubber Plasticine has moderate self-adhesive properties, both new-to-new and baked-to-new. The baked articles may be modified with the new details;
- after the baking the material has water-resistant properties. It could be washed with both soap and water.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
The material could be storaged open, and does resist the water contact. The material does not dry out in the air;
It is reccomended to transport the material under the temperature from -40 to +25 °С (-40 to +77 °F).

STORAGE DETAILS
36 months upon the temperature from -40 до 0 °С;
12 upon the temperature from 0 до +10 °С;
5 upon the temperature +25 °С;
Keep refrigerated to save the properties for 12 months and more
